Balkh University Project Proposals


The project proposals outlined in the enclosed .PFD paper below were developed together with my colleagues at the Faculty of Economics and the Faculty of Computer Science of the Balkh University in Mazar-e-Sharif/Afghanistan. Via the Chancellor of Balkh University the paper was forwarded to Governor Atta Mohammad Noor and the Balkh Province Regional Development Committee (supported by GIZ and KfW specialists). The PDC promised to provide funding for the projects step-by-step.
